Scheduling Classes

We value your time, as well as our teachers' time. Should you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please call at least 24 hours prior to class. If class is missed without prior notice, prepayment for any further classes may be required.

Return Policy

To ensure each customer recieves the best yarn possible, all sales are final on yarns.

Full Priced Goods, that are in the original condition they were purchased, may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Receipt of purchase must be presented at the time of exchange.

Winding Yarn

Winding yarn purchased from our shop is a complimentary service. However, if the shop is busy, we may ask you to leave it with us to be wound at a later time.

We cannot wind any yarn that was not purchased at our shop. Thank you for your understanding.

Project Help

We all need help sometimes! We kindly ask that you call ahead of time to make an appointment if you need help beyond 5 minutes. We want to make sure you get the time and attention you deserve!

What's the Difference?

Open Craft Times: Come sit and knit or crochet for a couple of hours with some like minded people - socialize, make friends!

Classes: Schedule a class for some one-on-one instruction time - knit or crochet

KAL/CAL: Knit-A-Long/Crochet-A-Long with a small group all working on the same project. (To Be Scheduled By The Shop) (Does Not Include Instruction)
